About Us

Urbanic Infra and Buildcon LLP, commonly known as UIB, is one of India’s upcoming Real Estate Legal and Corporate Services Company. The Company was established in 2022 based at Mumbai, India and has been advisory to Clientele with an diverse range of requirements ranging from Industrial, Commercial, Educational and Residential throughout India. UIB Leadership Team prior to its formation has had a collective experience of more than 40 years in Real Estate and Mining Industry.

UIB is a professional services firm. We have three divisions:

Legal: Practical advice on Indian Real Estate and Property Law.
Corporate and Fiduciary: Corporate administration services with a strong reputation in governance and regulatory compliance.
Consulting: Independent guidance on sustainable investing and regulatory compliance

Prospecting work in the exploration of minerals, such as geological surveys, geophysical prospecting, geo-chemical prospecting and test drilling, mine development work such as mine opening, drilling and earth removing, and other work directly related to mining are included in this Division.
